    Description:
    This product is white or yellow powder, is a carboxylic potassium polyacrylamide derivative, it is a strong inhibiting shale dispersant, controlling formation grouting, and reducing water loss, improving flow pattern and increasing lubrication.
     
    Product synthesis and process:
    Stir potassium hydroxide and water to the reactor, add acrylic evenly after falling to room temperature, stir the configured potassium acrylic water solution and acrylamide to the mixed kettle, adjust the potassium hydroxide solution system PH to the range of 7-9, and then pump the raw material mixture into the polymerization kettle under continuous stirring, pass into the nitrogen to drive oxygen to get the gel product, and get white or pale yellow powder products after cutting, granulation, drying and crushing.
     
    Performance use: 
    Polyacrylamide potassium salt matches well with various polyacrylamide mud treatment agents. It can be used in polymer non-dispersed mud systems with different specific gravity and in dispersed mud systems. It is excellent in fresh water mud and can also fully show the effect in saturated saline mud. Various water-based drilling fluid systems can be added directly, determining the amount of mud injection, generally 0.2% -0.6% (volume / quality). Before adding the mud, the potassium polyacrylic powder should first be prepared into a relatively dilute aqueous solution. When preparing an aqueous solution of potassium polyacrylate, add dry powder in fully stirred water slowly (use water-soluble mild alcohol, as necessary, to facilitate sufficient dispersion in water) and continue to stir until fully dissolved.
     
    Packaging, transportation and storage: 
    1.This product is packaged in a “three-in-one” inner bag, lined with polyethylene film bag, weighing 25kg net per bag; stored in cool, dry and ventilated places.
    2.Prevent moisture and rain forest, avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes, otherwise clean with a lot of water;
    3.Stay away from the fire source.
