TRANSPRINT JD-330A Anionic
Suitable for cover printing of various fabric. High whiteness, outstanding shielding property, non-blocking, clear outline. Excellent fastness, good printing fluency, no back staining, excellent anti discharge printing imitation effect.
Dosage: 30-100%
TRANSPRINT JD-3912 Weak cationic/Nonionic
Used in pigment printing paste, can be also used in padding process to improve the fastness. Can improve the film-forming property of binder and evidently enhance the dry and wet rubbing fastness. Can also improve the washing resistance of printed fabric. Environment-friendly product, free of formaldehyde.
Dosage: 1.5-2.5%
OTHERS
TRANSWET JD-305 Anionic/Nonionic
Can be used to increase penetrating ability of printing paste. It makes color paste penetrate inner side of fabric completely. Help to get even printing without white core.
Dosage: 0.5-1.5%
TRANSOFT JD-390C Anionic/Nonionic
Used in pigment printing system to enhance the handle. Has good compatibility with the pigment printing system, obviously improve the handle of the printed part, improve the brightness and fastness of the fabric.
Dosage: 1.5-2.5%
TRANSOFT JD-390D Anionic/ Nonionic
Used in pigment printing system to enhance the handle. Has good compatibility with the pigment printing system, obviously improve the handle of the printed fabric with brilliant color. Can improve the dry rubbing fastness of the fabric.
Dosage: 1.0-2.0%
UREA SUBSTITUTE JD-391H Weak cationic
Can replace urea partly or totally to be used in reactive printing for cotton or viscose fabric without impact on color-yield. Has the functions of hydroscopic, dissolving and assisting the swelling of fiber. Can obviously decrease the ammonia contents in the waste water.
Dosage: 1-3%
TRANSPRINT JD- 392B Anionic
Used for high-accuracy pattern printing and disperse dyestuff padding dyeing of various fabrics. It has excellent water holding and thickening properties. It can be used alone or combined with thickener. When printing, it can significantly improve the definition of the printed fabric’s outline and reduce the back penetration of the printed fabric. It has no effect on printing fastness. It has a good effect on preventing migration when used in padding dyeing process.
Dosage: 0.5-1.5%
