Product Use:

By adjusting the relative position of the movable spout assembly and the fixed spout assembly with the concentric test and seal integrated measuring and adjusting instrument, the spout opening can be adjusted freely, which can precisely adjust the water injection size and is easy to operate, suitable for application in large slope wells, deep wells, multi-layer injection wells and recovery water re-injection wells, and can meet the refined water injection operation when oilfield water injection. The simple structure and high reliability of the instrument will gradually replace the original water distributor and greatly reduce the cost of measurement and adjustment.
 
Work / Adjustment Principle:

1.The water dispenser spout is integrated design, the adjustment process needs to realize the linkage adjustment with the corresponding concentric test seal measuring and adjusting instrument. When dispensing, the positioning claw of the measuring and adjusting instrument opens and sits on the positioning table of the water dispenser body;
2.The anti-turning claw is stuck in the anti-turning slot of the water dispenser body;
3.The adjusting claw is stuck in the corresponding adjusting slot of the movable water spout and drives its rotation, thus realizing the opening size adjustment and shutting down; after the movable water spout is completely opened and shut down, there is a corresponding uncoupling mechanism to prevent jamming;
4.When testing and sealing, the measuring and adjusting instrument enters the testing and sealing state through the ground controller, and then Control the seal inspection bowl to complete the seal inspection test.
