DESIZING AGENTS
TRANSIGEN JD-127A Anionic/Nonionic pH：2.0-4.0
Suitable for desizing of synthetic sizes such as PVA, CMC and PA which are usually used on high density and high sizes content synthetic fibers in over-flow process. It has strong oxidation ability, can be used in one bath processing of caustic reduction, oil removing and desizing. Can effectively decompose sizes and prevent them from back-staining.
Dosage: Jigger machine: 2-3 g/L；Over-flow machine: 1-2 g/L
TRANSIGEN JD-127B CONC. Anionic/Nonionic pH: 1.5-2.5
Suitable for desizing of polyester, nylon and their blends in continuous or batch desizing. Excellent removal of synthetic sizes such as polyacrylate sizes under alkaline conditions. Good washing power, dispersing and anti-staining properties, can prevent the agglomeration and back-staining of size materials.
Dosage: Exhaustion: 0.15-0.4%(o.w.f)； Padding: 0.5-1.0 g/L
TRANSIGEN JD-127C Anionic/Nonionic pH：4.0-6.0
Suitable for desizing of synthetic sizes such as PVA, CMC and PA in scouring and desizing process for nylon/cotton blended fabrics. Excellent properties of emulsifying and wetting. Can emulsify and disperse the synthetic sizes when used with caustic soda.
Dosage: Jigger machine: 1-3 g/L；Over-flow machine: 1-2 g/L
TRANSIGEN JD-127K Anionic/Nonionic pH：6.5-8.5
Suitable for desizing of synthetic fabric such as polyester, nylon in continuous desizing process. Excellent wetting, emulsifying and dispersing properties. Can decompose and emulsify sizes when used with alkali and prevent the agglomeration of size materials.
Dosage: Exhaustion: 1-3 g/L； Padding-steaming: 3-5 g/L
TRANSIGEN JD-127HB Anionic/Nonionic pH: 4.0-6.0
Suitable for desizing of polyester, nylon and their blends in continuous or batch desizing. Excellent desizing, detergent, emulsifying and dispersing properties, can emulsify and decompose sizes with alkaline to prevent the agglomeration of sizing materials.
Dosage: Exhaustion(jigger): 1-2%(o.w.f)； Padding: 1-3g/L
TRANSIGEN JD-121D Powder pH(1‰): 10.5-12.5
Suitable for oil removing and desizing processes of various fabric. Excellent anti-staining properties of oil and sizes. The treated fabric has soft handle and good luster.
Dosage: 1.0-1.5 g/L
TRANSIGEN JD-121K Powder pH(1‰): ≥11.0
Suitable for oil removing, desizing processes of various fabrics and de-oiling and desizing one bath with alkali disperse dyestuff for polyester dyeing. Excellent removal of sizes and oil without extra alkali. Can effectively prevent the agglomeration of lubricating oil, sizes, and scraps.
Dosage: 0.5-1.0 g/L
