TRANSCOUR TF-108B Anionic/Nonionic pH：5.0-7.0
Suitable for pre-treatment of cotton, linen and their blends on continuous steaming processing or denim yarn on continuous dyeing processing. Excellent high temperature alkali scouring resistant and electrolyte resistant properties, reduce roller staining by dirt to prolong the cleaning interval. It can increase the pick-up ratio and color yield when used in continuous beam dyeing for denim yarn.
Dosage:
Scouring 2-10 g/L；
Alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath (1. Cold-pad batch 5-12 g/L； 2. Desizing, scouring and bleaching one step: 5-10 g/L) ；
Continuous denim yarn dyeing 5-8 g/L

Suitable for scouring and oil removing pretreatment of nylon, spandex and their blends. It is especially suitable for swimming fabric. Excellent emulsifying, dispersing properties. Can prevent the back staining of the oil dirt.
Dosage: Exhaustion: 1-4 g/L；Padding: 2-6 g/L

Suitable for continuous or batch process for oil removing pretreatment of polyester / spandex, nylon / spandex blends. Excellent emulsifying, dispersing properties of oil on the spandex. Can prevent the back staining of the oil dirt.

Can reduce the COD value in waste water.

Suitable for continuous or discontinuous scouring and bleaching pretreatment of cotton fabric. Low foaming. Excellent hard water resistance, wetting, emulsifying and dispersing properties. Good scouring effect in continuous and high speed equipment. Alkali resistance, stable under condition of up to 50g/L NaOH solution. Good flowability, suitable for auto-dosing system.

Enzyme cold batch, peroxide bleaching 2.0-5.0g/L

Suitable for the wax removing of rayon, cotton and their blends. A special surfactant. Excellent emulsification and dispersing power to some wax and oil.

Excellent emulsification and dispersing ability for wax strip, wax spot and oil. Good alkali resistance: stable in 0-100 g/L solution of NaOH.

TRANSCOUR TF-188 Anionic/Nonionic pH：5.0-7.0
Suitable for pretreatment like steaming scouring and cold-pad batch process of cotton and its blends. Excellent emulsifying, dispersing and alkali-resistant penetrating power. Good stability under high temperature (98℃) in 150 g/L solution of NaOH.

Desizing and scouring 4-8 g/L;

TRANSCOUR TF-188A Anionic/Nonionic pH：5.0-7.0
Suitable for de-sizing treatment of synthetic fabric and its blends in over-flow machine and continuous process. Has good emulsifying property. Can effectively remove oil and impurity. Has good dispersing property, can effectively disperse the chemical size. Has excellent penetrating property. Has good stability in 100 g/L solution of NaOH.
Dosage: Jigger machine 0.4-1.0%(o.w.f); Over-flow machine 0.4-1.0 g/L; Continuous process: 1-5 g/L
TRANSCOUR TF-189 Anionic/Nonionic pH：6.0-8.0
Low temperature scouring and bleaching agent. Suitable for alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath process for cotton, T/C and yarns. Can finish the bleaching process at 70℃ for cotton. Mild reaction results in low strength loss. Low energy and water consumption, can shorten processing time.
Dosage: 3-5 g/L
TRANSCOUR TF-189L Anionic/Nonionic pH：3.0-4.5
Low temperature scouring and bleaching agent. Concentrated product. Suitable for alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath process for cotton, T/C and yarns. In pre-treatment process, it can be used as a two-in one product of low temperature scouring agent and bleaching agent. It’s a concentrated scouring agent, dilute it by 1:3 while used in the self feeding system. Can also be used directly if needed.
Dosage: 5-15 g/L
TRANSCOUR TF-179 Anionic/Nonionic pH：6.0-8.0
Suitable for alkali-hydrogen peroxide one bath pretreatment process for cotton, warp knitted and weft knitted C/P fabrics, towel, package yarn, hank yarn, etc. Has good bleaching effect for cotton under 70℃. The reaction of bleaching is mild and has little damage to strength. Low consumption of energy and water, less processing time.
Dosage: 1-3 g/L
